Doha Industries and Engineering Services (DI&ES) - formerly known as Doha Hydraulic Services - is an engineering and hydraulic services company headquartered in Qatar, involved in maintenance, repair and overhauling (MRO) of heavy equipment in the construction, industrial, transportation, marine, oil and gas sectors. With a technical team boasting of over 30 years’ experience in engineering and hydraulics MRO industry, DI&ES is a professionally managed ISO 9001:2015 certified company with a state of the art workshop to carry out all services. DI&ES is involved in providing complete engineering, technical consulting, metal fabrication and fluid power solutions employing the latest industry best practices at superior quality and competitive prices.
HYDRAULIC SEALS FABRICATION
Doha Industries and Engineering Services is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC seal making machinery. Hydraulic seals, pneumatic seals, custom-designed seals can be fabricated in house. Seal materials in stock include PU, HPU, Viton, NBR, PTFE bronze, PTFE carbon, POM, EPDM - all from top European brands.
HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSEMBLY
Doha Industries and Engineering Services is an authorized distributor of PRIMO hoses (www.primoglobal.com)
Doha Industries and Engineering Services manufactures and assembles hydraulic hoses. In addition, the company can also provide air hoses, chemical hoses, water hoses, oil suction hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Teflon hoses, breathing air hoses amongst others. Stainless steel hose fabrication with argon welding. Based on requirement DI&ES can provide brass, carbon steel, or stainless steel fittings.
The service center also boasts of mobile hose assembly vans (Hose Doctor Service) that provide onsite hose crimping services 24x7.
HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS OVERHAULING AND TESTING
Doha Industries and Engineering Services has a fully equipped workshop to service and repair all types of hydraulic components such as cylinders, pumps, motors, accumulators, valves, etc. Test benches are available for testing repaired cylinders up to 350 bar. In addition, the workshop is also equipped with testing facilities for up to 120 hp, 600 lpm and 400 bar pumps capable of providing complete test reports and graphs for critical pump parameters.

Hydraulic Systems - Tipping Trucks & Trailers
Doha Industries and Engineering Services is the authorized service center for Binotto, a market leader in manufacturing hydraulic systems for tipping trucks and trailers. DHS carries all ranges of repair kits for a complete overhauling of Binotto products including tipping cylinders, hydraulic pumps, and valves. DHS also stocks Binotto tipping cylinders, hydraulic pumps, valves and complete wet kits for sale and installation.
